At Ambre Blends, we take pride in our hand-crafted essences and want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer experience team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is unopened and the seal is intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Ambre Blends
Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing and Refund
